For over 25 years, we’ve been passionately crafting TV commercials, digital motion content, and creative content solutions for renowned brands and agencies. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a dedicated
(Junior) Postproduction Producer (m/f/d)
with great organizational skills, attention to detail, a strong overview of the big picture – and a genuine passion for exciting projects.
🔧 Your Tasks:
- Manage creative and diverse TV and digital projects – from planning to final delivery
- Coordinate all processes within postproduction
- Collaborate closely with creatives, consultants, clients, external productions, and freelancers
- Take ownership of your own projects and see them through independently
- Confidently navigate the technical and creative workflows of finishing (TVC & digital formats)
👤 Your Profile:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an agency, production, or postproduction environment
- Interest in project management
- Solid understanding of film and postproduction workflows
- Strong affinity for digital media and new technologies
- You keep up with current trends – e.g., generative AI for image and audio
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way
- A true team player with empathy and strong communication skills
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills
